- DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-09-T-5001, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561710. The size standard is 500 in number of employees. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7342. The Federal Service Code is 9999. DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES: The 140th Operations Support Squadron at the Colorado Air National Guard, 19210 E. Breckenridge Ave, Hangar 909, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011 is requesting Replacement of existing BASH Cannons, to include all equipment, software, and any materials required for this system, and any warranties for this bird deterrent system. Please request copy of this solicitation from TSgt Lia Hudson. Please include F.O.B point and any freight, installation, or shipping charges. ATTN: Prospective bidders shall submit their bid along with the attached Representations and Certifications by Email to: lia.hudson@cobuck.ang.af.mil or by Mail to: 140MSG/MSC, Air Guard Contracting Office, Bldg 1005, MS#78, 660 S. Aspen St, Buckley AFB, Aurora, CO 80011-9523. No phone calls please. The point of contact for technical questions regarding this solicitation can be addressed to: Karen.Larsen@cobuck.ang.af.mil.. The closing date for submission of bids is March 24, 2009 by 4:00p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Bids shall be evaluated on the basis of Price, Delivery Time and Past Performance. The site visit for this will be 17 March 2009 @ 0900 Mountain Standard Time. Please contact TSgt Lia Hudson for the Entry Access List form in order to gain access to Buckley AFB, CO. Completed EAL list must be returned to TSgt Lia Hudson no later than 3:00 pm, Tuesday, 10 March 2009 in order to have approved by Buckley AFB Security Forces for entry onto base for site visit on 10 March 2009. The successful bidder must have a valid Tax Identification Number, DUNS Number through DUN and BRADSTREET, CAGE Code and be Registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) for Electronic Funds Transfer to be awarded a contract. Must also be willing to submit invoices online DoD Wide Area WorkFlow electronically.
