Origin inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 6650-01-348-6623, 216 day's delivery. FOB Destination. Export Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
