- This announcement is a request for quotation (RFQ) for solicitation number W911XK-09-T-0046. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23. The NAICS is 811310.
