- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source for the Annual Abaqus Software/License Renewal to Dassault Systemes Simulia Corporation. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has a requirement for Annual Abaqus Software/License Renewal. This announcement serves as a notice of intent to award a sole source Purchase Order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Dassault Systemes Simulia Corporation, located at Rising Sun Mills, 166 Valley Street, Providence, RI 02909-2499. The Government intendes to purchase the renewal of annual subscription to Abaqus software as a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION AND IS NOT CONSIDERED A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Questions/responses to this notice must e submitted via email to Christopher J. Blumberg, Contracting Officer ( Christopher.Blumberg@ntsb.gov ) NO LATER THAN COB FEBRUARY 26, 2009.
