- Description
- The United States Government is considering a competition for office & garage space with the requirement for approximately 9736 RSF of contiguous space yielding a minimum of 8466 ANSI BOMA Usable Square Feet. Office space must be equal to approximately 5946 USF; garage space must be equal to approximately 2520 USF; include two service bays and one loading dock; space for at least 11 oversized government vehicles must be located on site; and one generator is required as well as the ability to install a communications tower at or near the property. This space will be located in the following delineated area: Bounded on the north by highway 78 Swanton, VT; and bounded in the south by highway 104A and 1 mile east and west of I-89 with accessible highway access The proposed lease will be for 10 years, 5 years firm term and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 31, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Reference project number 9VT2001.
