- UPDATE: AMENDMENT: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the due date for submission of quotations. The correct date is 02/27/09 at 1:00 pm ET. ======================================================================== This Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 09-223-SOL-00007 is being issued for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s requirement for the installation and maintenance of a fiber optic communications ring topology infrastructure between the FDA's Data Centers in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Quotations are being solicited from vendors who can satisfy the requirements contained in the attached RFQ. Electronic correspondence via e-mail shall be the preferred method of communication. Offerors shall direct all communications to the attention of: Sherry Solodkova, Contract Specialist; sherry.solodkova@fda.hhs.gov RFQ Questions: Offerors may submit questions to the Contract Specialists via email. Please reference the specific area and location in the RFQ when submitting a question. All questions must be submitted no later than 02/18/09 at 12:00 pm ET. RFQ DUE DATE: Responses to this RFQ are due by 02/27/09 at 1:00 pm ET and shall be submitted via e-mail to Sherry Solodkova.
