- Ceiling increase to Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SPAWAR PAC)Code 535 E-2C Airborne and Tactical Data Link Systems Support. The Government intends on increasing the ceiling of contract N66001-06-D-0079.The purpose of this modification is to allow time for completion of the ongoingefforts in reference to the programs, until a follow-on contract iscompetitively awarded. This modification is estimated to increase the overallvalue of the contract by approximately $4.538mi and 57,600 hours. The Period ofPerformance will be unaffected. This increase will allow for continued supportof the E-2C and TDL systems that include: requirements analysis; system levelsoftware design software design; system level software architecture studies;operating system software and tactical data system applications softwarereengineering/re-hosting; system level hardware and software integration;software development; system interface tools development; functional,integrated, and interoperability testing; system delivery; correctivemaintenance of operating system and tactical data system application software.This modification will eliminate the possibility of a work stoppage, and willallow a follow-on contract to be completed, in which the approximate award dateis late 2009.
