- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce onLine (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understoodthat FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitationsto the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feelfree to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea SystemsCommand. The Government intends to purchase connectors. See Attachment (1) forspecifications. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will apply. The NAICS Codeis 334417 with a size standard of 500 employees. Delivery will be F.O.B.Destination to Dahlgren, VA. The order will be a Firm-Fixed-Price. The closingdate is 26 February 2009. The anticipated award date is 5 March 2009. Deliverymust be no later than eight (8) weeks after receipt of order (ARO) with splitshipments authorized for shorter lead time items. The Government reserves theright to award to multiple vendors, if deemed necessary, to meet the specifieddates.
