- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Contracting Office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement to resurface 5770 linear feet of walking trail with polymer coated Decomposed Granite. The trail is located on the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge, Willows, CA 95988 Glenn County). Work includes clearing and grubbing existing trail to prepare for installation of decomposed granite and polymer soil stabilizer. This will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR part 19.502-2 under NAICS 237990. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $150,000. This will be a best value tradeoff source selection process in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.101-1. Technical Experience installing polymer stabilized decomposed granite paths as well as past performance with similar projects will be evaluated as more important than price. Solicitation No. 801819R132 to include attachments shall be made available on or before March 10, 2009 and will only be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://www.nbc.gov. The solicitation response date will be April 10, 2009 / 2:00 PM (Pacific). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps.
