- The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) at MacDill AFB issues this Sources Sought Synopsis for information and planning purposes only. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for any information solicited. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify potential sources that are interested in and capable of providing the software described herein. As a result of this Sources Sought, 6 CONS may issue a Solicitation/Request for Quote (RFQ). However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against 6CONS shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought (e.g., use of such information as either part of its evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement.) GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The 6th Contracting Squadron is seeking vendors who can provide the following: Maintenance and support for DocWay Suite 6.0, or comparable software that can provide the same capabilities as DocWay Suite 6.0. The software, should, at a minimum, have the following capabilities: • Ability to support a unique USSOCOM Portal-based Electronic Records Management software solution • Ability to manage electronic, non-electronic, and e-mail records to include classified records • Provide features and functions specific to searching, moving, managing, and declaring records through a timely, portal-based provided site collection Interested parties will need to summarize their software capabilities and features. Interested parties will also need to provide the estimated cost of an initial software purchase, including installation.
