- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of the Army intends to solicit proposals for a firm-fixed price contract to provide Full Food Service Support at the Georgia Garrison Training Center (GGTC) and Full Food Service Support at Camp Oliver in accordance with the statement of work. The Contractor shall provide all equipment including all rental, transportation for the set-up and removal of all food service equipment, labor to include the set-up, preparation, service, and clean-up for meal service in support of the full food service requirement; the contractor shall provide a flat cost rate for providing Hot and Cold beverages, plus prepackaged snacks/fruits provided by the Government, available on a 24 hour basis. The labor provided for Camp Oliver will include set-up, preparation, service, and clean-up for Hot and Cold beverages to support 24 hour access; Satisfactory facility condition must present a neat, clean, and professional appearance. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-16, dated 22 Mar 2007. This procurement is 100% set-aside for certified 8(a) program businesses. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 722310 and the small business size standard is $20.5 million. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 5812. This requirement will consist of 2 different sites with different dates. The performance period will commence on 05 May 2009- 08 July 2009 (first location) and 12 May 2009-02 Jul 2009 (second location). Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available. The Statement of Work and Technical Exhibits for FULL FOOD SERVICE REQUIREMENT for GEORGIA NATIONAL GUARD TRAINING SITE {GGTC) and CAMP OLIVER FOB Fort Stewart, Ga. can be viewed on website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ Duration of Contract Period: 05 May 2009 08 July 2009 and 12 May 2009 02 July 2009. The anticipated award date is 03 April 2009. The Government intends to make one single award to the company most tenchically acceptable, able to meet the delivery schedule, price proposal. Type of contract will be firm fixed price contract. Offerors are to include a completed copy of provision FAR 52,212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, and 52.214-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items. DFARS 252.204-7001 Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code Reporting. The successful offeror MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov and must attend the 27 Feb 09 @ 10:00 am site survey to be eligible for award.
