This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. M67004-09-T-0084 is being issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The Marine Corps Logistics Command in Albany, GA is soliciting and will negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the following part: Item 0001: Holdback Test Fixture Tube- Qty: 20 ea, P/N: 10682724.
