- Notice Of Intent Intent To Award A Sole Source Contract The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to OCI Rentals LLC, 350 Ring Rd, Elizabethtown, Kentucky 42701 for commercially leased building to include all furniture which is currently in place from the previous renter for a one year period, February 2009 through January 2010.
