- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to improve the understanding of industry capabilities and identify qualified Small Businesses that are interested in providing support services to the TSA Office of Occupational Safety, Health and Environment’s (OSHE) Environmental Management Program. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this notice is 541620 “Environmental Consulting Services”, with a size standard of $7 million. The TSA’s evaluation of the responses received will help support the determination of the acquisition strategy to be applied in support of OSHE’s Environmental Management Program; thus it is highly encouraged that all interested and qualified Small Businesses respond to this notice in accordance with the instructions addressed herein. It is important to note that the evaluation of the responses received will not be the sole factor for the determination of the acquisition strategy. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be submitted to the TSA via electronic mail to Sahar.Greeley@dhs.gov not later than 12:00 PM EST, 9 March 2009. Responses not received by the closing date and time may not be considered or evaluated by the TSA. Please refer to the attached word document for a synopsis of the requirement and submission instructions.
