- The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY, is issuing a Sources Sought. Below is a description of the potential service needed. Calibrate/inspect/repair and report on fixed and mobile fuel dispensing meters on the installation airfield. NAICS Code 213112 is being used. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit interest and capabilities from vendors to develop an appropriate procurement strategy. Information gathered may provide direction to the type of set aside. The contract type is anticipated to be a FFP contract and the duration is anticipated to include a base performance period of one year and four one year option periods. Individuals or businesses interested in this requirement are requested to submit a statement of interest to Joshua.Kaufmann@us.army.mil. This statement should include company information, a point of contact, and the Companys socio economic data. Only responses submitted by e-mail will be considered. This is not a request for competitive proposals and will not result in a contract award. Since this a sources sought announcement, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents. No solicitation exits and vendors should not request a copy of a solicitation. Fort Drum is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. Fort Drum will not accept telephone inquiries. All information received will be considered market research. Fort Drum must receive all responses to this Sources sought by 3:00 pm, February 27, 2009.
