- The U.S. Army Contracting Command CECOM Contracting Center, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, intends to procure the following items: 28 Volt Power Supply for the U/W AN/ASM-146 repair shelter, NSN 6120-01-508-1787, and 28 Volt Power Supply for the AN/ASM-189 repair van, NSN: 6120-01-508-1273. The Government anticipates award a Five (5) year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The maximum Contract value is $1.2 million. Shipments are to be FOB destination with Inspection/Acceptance at the Source. Deliveries will be at a rate of 10 each 90 days after contract award and 5 each month thereafter until completion to New Cumberland Army Depot, PA. The Government intends to solicit offers from: Ametek Programmable Power, Inc., 9250 Brown Deer Rd., San Diego, CA, 92121-2294; and Lambda Americas, 405 Essex Road, Neptune, NJ, 07753. Ametek/Elgar is the current source and Lambda demonstrated that their products can satisfy the Armys requirement via participation in Industry Day held at Tobyhanna Army Depot in June 2008. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. The solicitation will be posted on the Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Upon accessing this web page, click on CECOM-2009, and hit go. You will need to register with the IBOP in order to view the solicitations documents from the IBOP.
