- 1. NOTIFICATION TO OFFERORS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR WEBSITE: This solicitation is available for reviewing and download at https://www.fbo.gov/. Once posted on this website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-29, Amend one, dtd 1/14/2009. 2. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: This requirement is 100% small-business (SB) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334210, size 1000 employees. 3. SUPPLIES: The required commodities list is found in Contract Line Numbers (CLINs) 0001-0037. No used/ pre-owned/refurbished items are acceptable. Interested vendors need to apply anticipated freight costs to CLIN pricing. Shipping is FOB Destination, Haweii within three weeks after award. The CODEC and IMUX must be JITC Certified. The A/B SWITCH and Dial Isolator must meet TEMPEST 2-95 guidelines. The attached list of 4. MOBILIZATION TIME: NA 5. SITE VISIT: NA 6. CONTRACT AWARD: NA 7. PROPOSALS MAY BE: a.
