- For planning purposes, this notice is to inform industry there will be a pre-proposal conference on March 4, 2009 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia for this requirement. Contractors attending the pre-proposal conference must register by providing name, company name, telephone number and email of all attendees to Kate Wimmer at kate.wimmer@us.army.mil by February 27, 2009. This will be an informational brief. There will not be a site visit. Further instructions and directions will be given upon registration and can be found in the solicitation in Section L.2 PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE. The solicitation is still scheduled to be released on or about February 23, 2009.
