- Commercial Supply with Non-Personal Services. The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, materials and management necessary to furnish washer and dryer services of non-coin-operated washers and dryers in certain buildings located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The successful offeror shall also furnish technically qualified personnel to provide equipment repair. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 811412 is applicable to this acquisition. The applicable size standard is $7.0 million. The Government will issue a 100% set-aside for small business Request for Proposal (RFP). Contract award will be made on the basis of Best Value. Evaluation factors will be listed in order of importance in the RFP. Award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. Supply/services shall be procured pursuant to the regulatory direction of FAR Part 13.5 Test Program For Certain Commercial Items. The expected award shall consist of one base period of performance (15 Apr 09, or date of award, through 30 Sep 09) and four option periods of performance. There is no guarantee that any option period of performance will be exercised. The entire solicitation package will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Requests for copies of the solicitation package by any other means will not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website for the release of the solicitation package or subsequent solicitation amendments. The RFP will be issued on or about 6 MAR 2009. A site visit will be held on 10 March 2009 at 9:00 a.m. CST at the Directorate of Contracting, Building 1803 Macomb Road. All interested contractors are encouraged to attend the site visit. The closing date for submission of offers will be on or about 6 APR 2009, 4:00 p.m CST. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract. Contractors are encouraged to obtain further information on CCR registration at the following website: http://www.ccr.gov/. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
