- NAICS Code: 33431 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Award will be made based on responses to the one notice. Detailed Description of Line Items: Item 1: HD Camera. Capability of 2 Mbps using IP networking. Designed for medium to small meeting rooms. For use with flat panel display or projector in an interactive meeting space. Item 2: Bandwidth Upgrade. Enable ISDN up to 512 kbps ISDN Item 3: Rolling Display Cart. Capable of supporting one 40" display. All steel construction, (12" deep inside) with standard 8u 19" rack mount bracket, 6 port power module, audio module, and integrated adjustable camera shelf. Item 4: 40" HD LCD Display: Capable of displaying resolutions consistent with Videoconference equipment. Item 5: Three Year Maintenance Bundle. Support services for video conferencing equipment including parts replacement and unlimited remote technical assistance. Including software updates that are provided by the manufacturer free of charge. Item 6: Shipping. Include shipping costs in quote as a line item dollar amount, or if costs included in total order pricing just report "included". Evaluation: Award will be made based on the best value offered to the Government based on price and price related factors. Additional Requirements: All Quotes should include the company DUNs and TIN. Also, Please Be Aware that active registration with the Federal Government Centract Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive an award. Payment terms: Full payment for all supplies will be authorized, after delivery and acceptance, upon receipt of an acceptable invoice. Payment for services related to the maintenance agreement can be monthly or quarterly in arrears.
