- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive (sole source) basis with ViaSat Inc. for the MH-60 S/R Program. The Navy requires the manufacture and delivery for a quantity of 16 of P/N 1035372 Multi-functional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Low Volume Terminal LVT(1) J7 Control Plug. The manufacturing, assembly and production of these items shall be accomplished at the contractor’s facility. The contractor shall begin delivery within 90 days after contract award. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition.
