- The VA Network 22 Logistics Office is soliciting offers for a firm, fixed-price, service contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357 to provide preventive maintenance and services for nine (9) Dialog Advanced and twelve (12) Dialog Plus Dialysis machines. The contractor shall be required to perform quarterly preventative maintenance inspections (PMI's), service calls and software support. All maintenance and service shall be in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. The NAICS is 811219 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 Million. The contract shall be effective on or about April 1, 2009 through March 30, 2010 with four (4), one (1) year option periods.
