- Offeror shall provide a proposal to Engineer Furnish and Install a new Land Mobile Radion(LMR) trunking system at Trout Creek, Utah Test and Training Center. The new LMR trunking system must interface and be compatible with the existing Motorola SmartZone trunking system. The new system must provide radio coverage (both portable and hand-held) in the area surrounding Trout Creek radar and communications site (39 34 08 N, 113 45 24 W).
