- The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration on behalf of the Bureau of Industry and Security intends to issue a solicitation for the acquisition of Conference Room facilities and services for its Annual Update Conference on Export Controls and Policy. This synopsis for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice and a written solicitation is included as an attachment. Solicitation No. DG1351-09-RQ-0249 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29, Amendment-1. This requirement is unrestricted and the associated NAICs code is 721110. The Small Business Size Standard is $6M. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition and are included in the solicitation: 52.212-1; 52.212-2; 52.212-3; 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Potential Offerors are advised to include a completed Offeror-Commercial Items must be included with its offer. Representations and Certifications.
