- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is looking to procure the following for the LHA/LHD Class Ships and the LSD Class Ships: Modulators, P/N VMM-860AS…283 each (Modulator specifications: P/N VMM-860AS; Stereo Agile modulator that allows front panel push wheel selection of standard CATV channels 2-135 and VHF/UHF TV channels 2-69; accepts standard NTSC video; fits in P/N RMM-12 (3.5” height); 75-Ohm Impedance; video frequency response: 20Hz to 4.2MHz +/- 1dB; RF frequency range: 54 to 864 MHz; Power input: +12VDC at 220mA, +5VDC at 400mA.); Combiner (16 ports), P/N XHC-16-1G…27 each and (12 ports) P/N XHC-12-1G (Combiner specifications: P/N XHC-16-1G; 5-1000MHz bandwidth, 75 Ohm Impedance, 16-way combiner, rack mounted (1.75” height); combines up to 16 modulated signals onto one coaxial cable. P/N XHC-12-1G; 5-1000MHz bandwidth, 75 Ohm Impedance, 12-way combiner, rack mounted (1.75” height); combines up to 12 modulated signals onto one coaxial cable; 3-Way Splitter, P/N XGVS3B…5 each and 2-Way Splitter, P/N XGVS2…6 each (Splitter specifications: P/N XGVS3B; 5-1000MHz bandwidth, 3-port vertical drop Splitter, solder back design, round F-connector, greater than 120dB RFI. P/N XGVS2; 5-1000MHz bandwidth, 2-port vertical drop Splitter, solder back design, round F-connector, greater than 120dB RFI; Rack Mount, P/N RMM-12…27 each (Rack Mount specifications: P/N RMM-12; Vertical rack mount chassis that holds up to 12 single slot modules plus a power supply. Rack mounted 3.5” height; Power Supply, P/N PSM-121…27 each (Power Supply specifications: P/N PSM-121; mounts in R.L. Drake rack mount chassis P/N RMM-12 (3.5” height); Power input: 100VAC to 240VAC; Power output: +5VDC @ 4.75A, +12VDC @ 3A max; Frequency: 50/60 Hz; includes internally mounted axial fan; and Blank Filler Panel, P/N RMM-FP…41 each (Blank Filler Panel: P/N RMM-FP; 3.5” height, fits in R.L. Drake rack mount chassis P/N RMM-12. The low-light level surveillance system for LHA, LHD, and LSD Class ships provides video that will be converted from analog to digital and recorded on a Digital Video Recorder (DVR). Selected video signals will be distributed to the ship’s Video Distribution System. In order to accomplish this task, this hardware is required.All vendors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) Database. The internet website is http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil/ccringq or www.ccr.gov. It is mandatory to register with the CCR as your Duns Number(Data Universal Numbering System) and your CAGE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. In addition, all invoices will be electronically submitted in the Wide Area Work Flow(WAWF); information available in FAR Clause 5252.232-9513.
