- DSCC is soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for 5 NSNs. The estimated annual demand value for this solicitation is $778,997.27. The estimated 5 year value (including options) is $3,894,986.35. The contract maximum (not to exceed) value is $7,789,972.70. The anticipated contract period will be for one 1 year base period and 4 one year option periods which can be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Government is procuring these items in accordance with the manufacturer's part numbers. Various incremental quantities for each item will be incorporated into the solicitation. While price will be a significant evaluation factor, past performance, delivery, surge and sustainment, socioeconomic support, DLA MBA Program and Ability One (formerly JWOD) Program will also be taken into consideration as specified in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as unrestricted with other than full and open competition. The solicitation will be available on DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 15. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 5, 2009.
