- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 ea Optical Backscatter Reflectometer (OBR) 4400: include OBR 4400-70m Tower PC; 1 ea Desktop Analysis: Multi user desktop analysis software; 1 ea Laptop: Laptop replacement for instrument controller; 1 ea OBR 4400 2Km: OBR measures 2000 meter device length with 3mm resolution. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. This acquisition is solicited under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the Supply and Information Services Division website http://supply.nrl.navy.mil. This requirement will be available for downloading the 16th day after publication of this synopsis. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD(s) Central Contractor Registration database.
