- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET SURVEY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army CECOM LCMC is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine price and availability from potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement as follows: This is a market survey to locate sources who can provide-manufacture and deliver Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Packages consisting of: Closed Circuit Television Packages (Minimum Quantity of 12) 2 Channel of audio 1 Channel of two way audio Internal Storage of up to 4 TB (up to 8 internal Hard Drives) USB Mouse Easy access to interactive graphics USB Backup for easy video storage backup USB Interface Front panel USB Mouse, U-Drive, USB Hard Drive Remote internet view by Internet Explorer Browser Display Image Resolution 704x480 Linux Base OS Triplex Action 6 setting for image quality PTZ compatible for each video channel Built in DVD Burner Supports external RAID Synchronize audio and video Video output display 1,4,9,16 Motion Mask 192 cells 250 GB Hard Drive 1x 20 inch Ultra-Thin LCD Display 1x Supper View Real-time 16 DVD 16 Channel DVR 4x Weather proof IR cameras Shipment-Delivery Shipment of equipment to country shall not exceed 30-60 days of contract award. Vendor shall provide a delivery limited time schedule before the delivery. Contract code number on all containers is required as well. Equipment should already be in stock.
