- The Naval Air Warfare Center, WeaponsDivision, Pt. Mugu, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis, the following item: Blackbody Target Systems, 54714-RA Qty: 4 EA. This requirement is SOLE SOURCED to: Infrared Systems Development, 7319 Sandscove Court, Ste #4, Winter Park, FL 32792-6979 as the only source that can produce this Target System which is interchangeable with existing Target Systems that are currently being used. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the material without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
