- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg intends to issue a solicitation for a Strong Bonds Retreat for Military Families, 13 15 March 2009, Myrtle Beach, SC. The Contractor will be responsible for providing 40 rooms with two (2) double beds to accommodate 80 adults. One (1) conference room with audiovisual capabilities for adults is required. One (1) conference room with audiovisual capabilities for children is required. Conference rooms must be modern, clean and available with the following items: The adult conference room shall have a large projection screen with digital projector with audio. The childrens conference room shall have one (1) large TV with one (1) DVD player. Refreshments will be required for both the adult and child conference rooms on the dates and times as follows. Refreshments for the adult conference room shall consist of fruit, muffins, assorted pastries, coffee, juice and tea. Refreshments for the childrens conference rooms shall consist of fruit, muffins, assorted pastries, water, and juices. Meals will be required as follows for 80 adults and 55 children. Meals will be buffet and menu to be agreed upon after award. Facility must have in-house eating facility that can serve 80 adults at one time. Facility must have free indoor swimming pool or water park, fitness facility, free internet and free parking. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract. NAICS code is 721110 and size standard is $7 million. The solicitation can be viewed at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ or www.fbo.gov/ on or about 20 February 2009 under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0182 Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Offers received in response to the solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency.
