- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, Lakewood, Colorado is requesting proposals from qualified and eligible firms capable of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to drill, case and develop domestic water well, to an estimated depth of 200 to 240 feet, to obtain a flow yield of approximately 49 gpm. Furnish and install water supply piping, valves, and fittings with associated earthwork. Abandon one existing well in accordance with State of Nebraska Standards. Work will be performed at the Funk Waterfowl Production Area, Phelps County, Nebraska. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 to $100,000. The total performance period is 30 calendar days after notice to proceed is issued. This acquisition is open to both large and small business concerns. The NAICS code is 237110 and small business size standard is $33.5 Million. The solicitation package is anticipated to be available electronically on, or about, February 11, 2009, with an anticipated closing date of March 13, 2009. The solicitation, specification, and drawing can be obtained at www.fbo.gov once issued.
