- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposal. There will not be a solicitation issued at this time. The Olympic National Forest may have a requirement for immediate roofing of buildings. The intent of the project is to award multiple contracts for roofing. The applicable NAICS codes are 238160. Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. General building and heavy construction contractors have a size standard of $33.5 million in average annual receipts. The resulting contracts will be fixed priced. If funding is received, the solicitation for this project will be posted on this web site. Offerors will have 7 days to submit an offer on any, or all, project sites. Interested parties responding to this sources sought request shall submit the following information at a minimum (1) company name and address, point of contact with phone number, and DUNS number; (2) documentation relating to capability of performance for a roofing project (including references); (3) intentions of any subcontracting; (4) proof of registration in the VA Vetbiz website or intention of registration prior to submission of offers to a solicitation; (5)documentation on company's bonding capacity and limitations; and (6) any other pertinent company documentation. The response date to this Sources Sought Notice is FEB.27, 2009, at 4:00 PM. This market research is for informational and planning purposes only. The Government will not pay for any costs for responses submitted. Electronic submissions are preferable to msutherland@fs.fed.gov. Hard copy submissions are also acceptable to William Kulbitsky, Olympic National Forest, 1835 Black Lake Blvd., Olympia, WA 98512.
