- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Bolger Center under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 for the lease of facility space for the 4th Annual HR Leadership Meeting. The period of peformance is 03/09-13/2009. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been certified, justified and approved for Bolger Center. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price purchase order. Closing date is March 2, 2009.
