- The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson AFB, Colorado, intends to release a solicitation for Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), maintenance and repair service, as indicated below: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, tools, materials, equipment, freight and labor necessary to inspect, maintain, and or repair the Monitor Dynamics Inc. (MDI) Security Systems Access Control & Intrusion Detection System components as well as the Honeywell Video Systems (HVS) Closed Circuit Television components at Building 920, 570 Suffolk Street, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado 80914. The Contractor will be Monitor Dynamics Inc. (MDI) Security Systems Access Control & Intrusion Detection System certified and be knowledgeable of Monitor Dynamics Inc. (MDI) Security Systems Access Control & Intrusion Detection System components as well as the Honeywell Video Systems (HVS) Closed Circuit Television. The Contractor shall be required to repair or replace hardware upon failure and or correct software problems, corrupted files or program anomalies. The solicitation, FA2517-09-T-6037, will be available on or about 27 February 2009. This is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621, Security System Services (except Locksmiths), with a small business size standard of 12.5 million. Note that a site visit is tentatively scheduled for 5 March 2009. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) web site http://www.fbo.gov/. This requirement will be accessible to those companies deemed eligible by the information they provided when they register with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) web site http://www.ccr.gov/ and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) web site http://bpn.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be available. The Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including any amendments and other general information, will also be distributed solely through this site. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have up-to-date information about this acquisition and are encouraged to monitor and register their company on the Interested Vendor List (IVL) and Register to Receive Notifications.
