- The US Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a solicitation for the rental of Snooper Truck with Operator to be used during Harlan County Spillway Bridge and County Road A. Overpass Bridge Inspection, Republican City, NE; Wilson Service Bridge Inspection, Sylvan Grove, KS; Stockton Spillway Bridge Inspection, Stockton, MO; Truman Spillway Bridge Inspection and Trunnion Arm Cleaning, Warsaw, MO; Longview Lake Service Bridge Inspection, Kansas City, MO; and Smithville Service Bridge Inspection, Smithville, MO. The solicitation will be a request for quote (RFQ) which will result in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) award. The solicitation including any amendments shall establish the official opening and closing dates and times. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 532490. SBA size standard is $6.0. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Prior to bidding vendor must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.ccr.gov. By submission of a bid, a bidder acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the CCR database prior to award; during performance; and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
