- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center intends to issue a solicitation requesting bids to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision to Renovate Credentialing and HR Conference Rooms in accordance with solicitation specifications. A complete Statement of Work will be included in the solicitation document that will be available on Fedbizopps on or about March 5, 2009. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend a site visit on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 9:00 am EST at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Detroit, Michigan, 48201. Contractors shall meet in the Facilities Conference Room B5371. Contractors shall contact the Contracting Officer to indicate their interest in attending the walk through. Requests, in the form of an e-mail message to patricia.fox2@va.gov, must be received by the Contracting Officer no later than Monday, March 16, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Solicitation responses will be due in the Contracting Office no later than Monday, April 6, 2009 at 2:00 pm EST. The bid opening will be held at the VISN Logistics Office, located at 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Lobby M, Suite 2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. This procurement is 100% set aside for service-disabled, veteran-owned, small business (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 236220. The SDVOSB size standard for this procurement is $31 million dollars in average gross annual receipts for the preceding three years. The magnitude of this project is $100,000 to $250,000.
