OFFERS FROM OTHER THAN SERVICE DISABLED VETERANS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPOST IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTRAOL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 5.0, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
