- Description
- Under Authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a sole source bridge contract to Cordev Corporation for Information Management Communication Services, including Administrative Telephone Services in support for Umatilla, Oregon. This bridge contract will allow enough time for the follow-on effort for the Umatilla Chemical Depot ATS Services to be competed in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(1), amongst the IMCS II IDIQ awardees. The period of performance will be 1 April 2009 through 31 May 2009. The Justification and Approval (J&A) citing the authority of FAR 6.302-1, will be posted for public inspection on or about 14 April 2009. There will not be a solicitation issued for this bridge contract and any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the government.
