- The point of contact for this action is Rosalind McFadden, Contracting Specialist, e-mail rosalind.p.mcfadden@us.army.mil The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Contracting Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely as prescribed in (FAR 6.302-1) for a base year and two option years with Waters Corporation, 34 Maple Street, Milford, MA 01757. The contractor shall provide maintenance on Tap Quarto Micro GC and Tap Qtofmicro instruments and Masslynx software. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516 and the size standard is 500. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 1700 PM Eastern standard time, February 23, 2009; this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
