- PR number IQC09048009025 Solicitation Number is SPM4A7-09-R-0712, NSN 1650-00-780-4809, Piston, Linear Actuating Cylinder, for the CH-46 and UH-46 Helicopters. This solicitation is for an approved source item, the approved sources are: The Boeing Company (77272), and Creative Precision Inc. (0F3N2). The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Business size is unrestricted. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 1 year base period and four 1 year option periods. There is a Government First Article Test required for this item, as well as Production Lot Test. Item is a Navy identified Critical Safety Item. Guaranteed Minimum for the base year is 21 EA, Estimated Annual Demand Qty is 84 EA; Maximum Annual Contract Qty is 168 EA. Delivery: 420 days ARO.
