- The FHWA/Central Federal Lands Highway Division intends to procure on a sole source basis to determine existing and drained wetlands located in S1/2 section 1, T159N, R67W and all of section 7, T159N, R66W except for the SW1/4SW1/4 (80 acres). In total 880 acres. This work is to be completed in support of the Roads-Acting-as-Dams project (ND ERFO 992) near Devils Lake, ND. The land to be assessed is private land. Upon award of the contract, a contact for the landowner will be provided. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responses received by the response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition.
