Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. The solicitation number is F3Z3839036A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30 (effective date 17 Feb 09), Defense DCN 2009115 and AFAC 2008-1217. This acquisition will be 100% total small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 541380. The business size standard is $12,000,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8734. This request for quotation consists of Underground Storage Tank (UST) Monitoring System Testing and Certification at Travis AFB, Ca. Reference attached documentation for further information. This requirement is for a basic contract plus two one year option periods. Period of Performance 1 Apr 09 thru 30 Sep 2011. Basic Contract CLIN 0001 1 April 09 thru 30 Sep 09 Option #1 CLIN 0002 1 Oct 09 thru 30 Sep 2010 Option #2 CLIN 0003 1 Oct 10 thru 30 Sep 2011 Response should include individual pricing for each of the above CLINs The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
