Description
Solicitation number, SPM4A6-09-R-0356, IQC09028009028 Stock Number, 5365-00-515-2834. Solicitation is Hubzone Set-Aside. Only offers from Hubzone manufacturers or Hubzone dealers furnishing a Hubzone Manufacturer’s product will be considered. Surge and Sustainment requirements not applicable. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item and is not a Commercial Item. Contractor First Article Testing, Production Lot Testing, Critical Item, Export Control, Drawings, QPL/QML specifications are all applicable. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity contract for one base year plus four (4) options years. The Estimated Annual demand (EAD) for the base year is 6,864 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option thereafter is 1,716 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 6,864 each. Maximum Annual Contract quantity is 13,728 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 120 days ARO. Automated Best Value Stems applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
