- Solicitation for NSN: 6140-01-491-7935, Battery, Storage; Nickel-Cadmium. Qualified Products List (QPL) MIL-PRF-81757/14-1 applies. Qualification must be in accordance with the cited specification/standard. This is a critical application item. Firm Fixed Price Contract. NO QUANTITY OPTION. Quantity is 243 each. FOB at Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Requested delivery is 172 days ARO. The solicitation issue/opening is 04 March 2009. The soliciation closing date is 03 April 2009. Unrestricted to Small Business. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue/opening date cited in the RFP.
