- The U.S. Army Soldier System Center, Kansas Street, Natick, Massachusetts intends to conduct noncompetitive negotiations to award a contract to Simplex Grinnell, 50 Technology Drive, Westminister, MA 01441 to perform annual testing of the proprietary fire and security alarms at the Soldier System Center for a period of one year with four option years. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. Request for proposal does not exist. This announcement shall close on 24 February 2009 at 2:00 PM local time.
