- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, in Seagoville, Texas, intends to issue a solicitation RFQ51402-0003-9, on the acquisition of General Line Grocery Product for the Federal Correctional Institution, in Seagoville, Texas. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, and FOB Destination. Delivery dates are posted within this solicitation. Delivery will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 2113 N. Highway175, Seagoville, Texas 75159. The government reserves the right to make a single or multiple awards. The government will award to responsible quoters(s), whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirements, that are considered to be most advantageous to the government. The solicitation will be available on February 23, 2009 and will distributed solely through the Government Point of Entry, which is www.febbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through this website. This website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure you have the most-up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. The anticipated receipt of quotes is on March 10, 2009. All responsible small business sources are encourage to submit a quote, which will be considered for an award. Faith-Based Community Organization have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts which they are eligible.
