- The Naval Air Warfare Center, WeaponsDivision, Pt. Mugu, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis, the following service: Systems Training for an Antenna Measurement System, Qty: 1 Lot. This requirement is SOLE SOURCED to: Microwave Instrumentation Technologies, 1125 Satellite Blvd. STE# 100, Suwanee, GA 30024-4629 as the only source that can provide this training requirement as they are the manufacturer of the Antenna Measurement System that training will be provided for. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the material without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
