Description
The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 13,752 rentable square feet yielding 12,170 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Greensville, South Carolina. Lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. The space must be located within the Central Business District (CBD) of Greenville, SC, within a four block radius of the C.F. Haynesworth U.S. Courthouse. Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. The delineated area is bounded as follows: Starting at N Main Street and Beattle Place, go East toward E North Street to Manly Street, South on Manly Street toward E McBee Avenue to McDaniel Avenue, South on McDaniel Avenue to West on E Broad Street to S Main Street, North on S Main Street to N Main Street and ending at N Main Street and Beattle Place. Four (4) parking spaces shall be reserved for government vehicles. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. A fully serviced lease is required to be located in secure office space and facilities in a professional surrounding and/or tasteful rehabilitation (in current use). The space must include ample windows to provide natural lighting. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building’s ownership. Subleases are not acceptable. If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 PM EDT, March 3, 2009. All expressions of interest should be in writing and include building name and address, location of space in the building, and rentable square feet offered.
