- This is a combined symopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance witht the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcment constitutes the only solicitiation; proposals are being requested and a written solicititation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for FM5000. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. The associated NAICS code is 334510 with a size standard of 500 employees. Brand name or equivalent items may be quoted. This RFQ contains 2 line items. The required delivery date is 30 days after receipt of an order and shall be FOB destination. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES: The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Intstructions to Offerors Commercial Item, applies to this acquisition. the provision at FFAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial itmes, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Itmes, applies to this solicitation. EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS/OFFERS: Quotes/offers with be evaluated IAW 13.106-2.
