- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION. NO FURTHER SOLICIATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Q9833090007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. (iv) This procurement is being issued as Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 325998 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following item 1. 60,000 total lbs / 30 tons / (25) 2400lb super sacks of Granular Calcium Chloride Calcium Chloride Shall be delivered in individual reinforced plastic super sacks weighing 2,000 /2400 pounds each (25 sacks of 2400 preferred) sack must have inner moisture liner, four corner lifting points and bottom dump chute 2. Please ensure that all shipping charges (F.O.B. Destination) are included into the cost of the above items.
